We offer 2 years guarantee on all of our products as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised as the EU law stipulates. This guarantee does not imply if the product is worn by normal use. Please note that most of our products are consumables and they will wear after each use, it is normal to not last the 2 year period specially if they are used every day in the industry. Please be careful every time to use the correct amperage and current flow with all the Tig welding cups.
By the EU law the consumer has the right to return the item within 14 days with no reason or justification. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and it must include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might provide a partial refund for the loss in the item's value. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for the return.
